Both hairstyle and makeup service together priced at $350 a person. $140 Deposit per person to save your time and date, along with a signed contract/ Remaining balance of $210 per person due the day of service
Hairstyle alone or makeup alone $180 each service. $72 Deposit per person to save your time and date, along with a signed contract/ Remaining balance of $108 per person due the day of service.
A contract must be signed along with deposit sent to save your time and date. Contract will be sent via email.
If the client cancels the deposit is non-refundable. If the client needs to reschedule, the artist will work with the client to schedule a date and time that works for both the artist and the client as a one-time courtesy. If the client is thirty minutes or more late and the artist must leave due to having another client scheduled, the appointment will be considered canceled, and the deposit will not be refundable. Only if for any reason that the artist cannot perform the services agreed, the deposit will be reimbursed in full and the artist will send a replacement artist. The artist will do her absolute best to accommodate any changes to the client’s schedule. In the scenario in which the client, and the artist cannot come to a mutual agreement on the new date, the contract will be cancelled. At which point the cancellation policy will apply. The artist has the right to refuse or cancel a service to a client if she is being disrespected or mistreated in any kind of way. The deposit is none refundable with this matter and the client will be required to pay the remaining balance.
If a full face of makeup or hairstyle is completed and the client is not satisfied, the artist will do her best to perfect the makeup/hairstyle. If the client is still not satisfied and wishes not to pay for the service. The makeup/hairstyle will be removed, and the deposit is non-refundable. Once a group of clients is added to the signed contract the day of service the client can add more services if the artist is available, however the client cannot subtract a service, as it will be considered a cancellation and the full amount as agreed will still be the client’s responsibility. Changes can be made two weeks before the date of service.
Liability: All brushes, tools and makeup products are cleaned, disinfected prior and in between makeup/hairstyle application. Makeup products are hypoallergenic. Any allergies or skin conditions should be reported by the client to the artist prior to application and if need be, a sample test of makeup may be performed on the skin to test reaction. Client agrees to release MakeupBySJalloh/Sonia Santiago-Jalloh and any of her makeup and hair assistant team from liability of any skin complications due to allergic reactions.
